May 26 (Xinhua) -- Ekolog, Poland's largest manufacturer of environmental protection products, will invest in two sewage treatment plants in Wuhan, capital of central China's Hubei Province.

The two sides have signed a letter of intention on the construction of the plants involving a total investment of 85 million U.S. dollars.

The Nantaizi Lake sewage treatment plant and the Dunkou sewage treatment plant are designed to dispose 100,000 tons and 60,000 tons of urban waste water every day, with the goal of reducing pollution in the Yangtze River.
